glad to finally make it to canada after 44 hours of flying and driving even though its freezing, but the water isnt too bad! got a huge surprise on the amount of amazing looking girls in vancouver!

the comp is in tofino, its a little town on vancouver island, fun waves around and looks like its goin to be gettin bigger,

staying with travis and beyrick on a dock in the bay, crazy view, beyrick surfed and won his heat and trav and i should be surfing tomorrow!

went into the mountains today and sussed out canadians black bear, couple of close calls, boys got brave

its halloween this saturday so its goin to be a big weekend, so just got my full froth on for the rest of the week!

im in Canada for a 6star WQS . its bloody freezing !!!!! the water is a touch colder than cape town but the air is pretty frigid , im  struggling , being from durban ive never even used booties before let alone gloves and a hood  . but its pretty intersting and the place is crazy beautiful.

im staying with blackie and beyrick , its beyricks first trip on the WQS so were giving him the proper rookie treatment . yesterday i made him carry my boardbag(6 boards) up four stories for half a coke ,  after i explained that i dont drink coke and it was impossible to  buy half a coke i then made him unpack them, fin them and wax them , for a full coke which i havent got him yet.

just got my flights for my next trip its a mellow one …… 12hrs to Frankfurt then 10hrs to vancouver ….im there for six days then a 10hr to frankfurt followed by two 2hr flights to canarys through madrid ……im there for six days then two more 2hr flights back to frankfurt then a 10hr to vancouver connecting straight onto a 7hr to honolulu …… im there for a month……
